With rooms overlooking the beach, Ricos beach cottages is located 8 km from Big Lagoon and 9 km from Small Lagoon in El Nido, Palawan.

The rooms at Ricos beach cottages feature a balcony with a view, each with its own private entrance and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The units are equipped with a mosquito net, a safety deposit box, and are fitted with a seating area. Slippers and cleaning products are also provided.

Along with beach view, guests can enjoy American and Continental breakfast at the property.

While relaxing at the beach is the top activity in the area, guests may also take a tour around El Nido. Matinloc Shrine is 9 km from the property.

Airport shuttle can be availed at the property at an additional charge. Guests who wish to store their luggage need only to approach the staff.

Good place but water issues

Ofcourse the location It was fantastic

I understand you get what you pay for but there was barely a trickle of water in the shower Had to use the bucket to take a shower and no hot water

flying bugs ( they call it nik nik) ,lots of them at night ( you will find it itchy and rashes all over your body ) . we complained about it ,even after spray still it was there ..

the views and location is perfect to be at the heart of El Nido

it’s pretty basic in general, but has all that you need, towels, shampoo, electric fan and the owners are really friendly and the views and location are worth it :) If we can, will go back

Everything is showing old age and needs replacing. The noise is always there, but it’s not the property’s fault. if you want a good night sleep, please stays somewhere else.

It was right on the beach, amazing view, close to all tour boats.

There is no wi-fi in the room, only reception. Breakfast is not great

its beachfront, but really does not add much value to your stay.

there is a number in the room for ‘front desk helpline’ but when you’re calling, the person who answered would tell you to go down and see someone to speak with. no proper communication when i ask for a van transfer staff need to improve their customer service

Not very happy with our stay

I like the lication

I booked for 3 nights, but we were asked to transfer to a different cottage the next day because someone is going to occupy our room. If i remembered it correctly we transfer to was Periking.. it was beachfront BUT there is a restaurant outside our veranda so ypu can see the people eating and it can be noisy too.. I booked for 3 pax but last minute my son joined us. I was ask to pay extra for extra matress which they didnt give us. No extta towel. No free bottled water eveyday and coffee too.

Pretty much horrid!

Not much to be honest. If I had to pick I would say the bed was mostly comfortable.

The staff were useless and just didn’t seem to care at all! The rooms were small and felt dirty. It was not good value for money and felt expensive for what it was. The showers were freezing and one day completely broke! No free water or fresh towels provided on day 2! It also wasn’t cleaned after day 1! Overall it was pretty bad!
